And his impact on the game and with the fans was easy to see.

LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball touched down in Lithuania last week to great fanfare as they prepared to begin their professional basketball career for BC Vytautas. LaVar Ball's reality show "Ball in the Family" aired over Facebook Watch a year ago, and the Big Baller Brand AAU basketball team has played in games seen by as many as 80,000 people through the social media site.

On Tuesday, LiAngelo and LaMelo made their professional basketball debuts with BC Vytautas in a Big Baller Brand-sponsored game against BC Žalgiris-2. There was a BBB logo at mid-court, another under each basket and signage promoting the brand's website surrounding the court.

The set up felt like it could possibly serve as a test run for LaVar Ball's ambitious goal of establishing his own basketball league.

Prienu Vytautas, the Lithuanian team that has signed LaMelo and LiAngelo Ball, has dropped out of the Baltic League in order to play a series of friendlies. "I'm excited for the fact they named something after the Big Baller Brand".

With LaVar Ball and his wife, Tina, sitting courtside, 19-year-old LiAngelo Ball scored 19 points and his younger brother, LaMelo, finished with 10 and had several no-look assists to lead Prienai Vytautas to a 90-80 victory over Zalgiris' second team. The court was covered in Big Baller Brand logos. Even when he did hustle back, he often got himself out of position gambling for steals, creating wide-open driving lanes for Zalgiris guards.

While LiAngelo and LaMelo received all the attention from the crowd, the announcers and the viewers watching the game, the best National Basketball Association prospect on the floor might have been the Zalgiris point guard. He also misfired on all five 3-pointers he attempted including a pair of ugly 30 footers seconds after he checked into the game early in both halves.
