In addition to a new character reveal, Bandai Namco recently shared the game's opening cinematic movie.

Players who have pre-purchased the game will be getting previously unannounced bonuses.

Another open beta will go down before the official release of Dragon Ball FighterZ .

Players participating in the open beta will be able to try out a limited number of online and offline modes including World Match and Battle Tutorial over the 48-hour open beta period. No specifics have been released about these three games and what connections they now have to something, but it is speculated that one of these games could be for the Nintendo Switch.

We're less than one week away from the highly anticipated open beta for Dragon Ball FighterZ and less than three weeks away from the full launch on January 26th!

After the success of the closed beta, Bandai Namco has opted to put the beta out to everyone.

For everyone else, the beta begins on January 14th at midnight PDT and will wrap up at 11:59 p.m. PST on Monday, the 15th.

For all users, the beta will terminate at January 16, once again at 8am United Kingdom time. Other features include a limited set of Stamps, lobby avatar customization, and two dramatic scenes.
