The Disaster Artist actor and victor of the Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical has been called out by Ally Sheedy, who is best known for her role in The Breakfast Club.

Stephen Colbert brought up the recent allegations against James Franco that emerged on Sunday following Franco's Golden Globes win while Franco was on Tuesday night's Late Show. Why is James Franco allowed in?

Franco in 2014 directed Sheedy in an Off-Broadway production of The Long Shrift, Vulture reported. "I 100% did not feel like I had a choice to say no".

On Twitter, Franco was accused of misconduct by actor Violet Paley, who wrote, "Remember the time you pushed my head down in a vehicle towards your exposed p***s and that other time you told my friend to come to your hotel when she was 17?"

Sarah Tither-Kaplan, one of Franco's former students, also took to Twitter after the Golden Globes to allege that Franco employed her to appear fully nude in one of his projects, saying the whole experience was exploitative and an abuse of power. During the awards show, Franco was one of many stars who wore a pin in support of Time's Up, an initiative launched by more than 300 women in Hollywood to fight sexual misconduct and give a voice to those without a platform. Breakfast Club actress Ally Sheedy said in a series of now-deleted tweets, "James Franco just won". She tweeted: "James Franco just won". She took the tweet down.

Many others called out the actor for wearing a Time's Up pin in support of women speaking about about sexual harassment and misconduct when the actor was accused of trying to get a 17-year-old to visit his hotel room in 2014. I actually knew his grandmother. She posted screenshots of the exchange on Instagram, and Franco didn't deny he had sent those texts (for the record, 17 is the age of consent in NY, where the girl in question lived at the time of the incident). Now the Times Talk has been cancelled- a mistake, I fear, because it sends a signal of guilt.

"I rely on powerful people to help me, because I don't have access to opportunities without them", she wrote.

"The others. In my life, I pride myself on taking responsibility for things that I've done", he continued.
