We've become accustomed to the likes of Iskra Lawrence, Ashley Graham and Blake Lively discussing the need to rid the world of unrealistic beauty ideals, but we definitely didn't think we'd be looking to receive body-confidence advice from Prince William.

The British royals were joined by members of Sweden's royal family in Stockholm.

Hello! magazine are reporting that Kate Middleton and Prince William have taken some time out from their royal duties and schedule especially to spend with Prince George and Princess Charlotte as their school and nursery close their doors.

When Mr Stoner suggested he could save time by having twins, William replied: 'Twins?

He added: 'For your mental health, get outside, come away from the screen'.

Prince William has some strong thoughts on how social media and Internet culture are affecting young people today.

He added: "Two is fine, I don't know how I'm going to cope with three, I'm going to be permanently exhausted".

Recalling the visits to the Centrepoint services as a child, the duke said: "That example of selfless service that Centrepoint represents has stayed with me, and that is why it was the first charity that I wanted to be associated with'".

At the reception, a group of celebrities, including "Game of Thrones" star Emilia Clarke, presented awards. William and Professor Green are huge advocates of supporting mental health, with William launching the Royal Foundation's charity Heads Together in 2016, along with brother Prince Harry and wife Duchess of Cambridge.

William was there to talk about Stop Speak Support - a digital code of conduct that helps young people navigate life online - which he launched last October.

William told the audience that like his late mother he gets frustrated that their country still has children living in the streets.

"I've done my hair, I've done my make-up before going online, I'm just as guilty".

That being said, in relation to the speculations that he and Kate are expecting double, William said one at a time is hard enough! "I sincerely believe we can and must do more", the prince said.
