Ajith Kumar and wife Shalini visit Sridevi's house in Chennai

Sridevi's husband, producer Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi and Khushi had come from Mumbai to attend the meeting. "Sridevi lived in pain and passed away with a lot of pain in her heart".

Another image showed a shrine dedicated to Sridevi, with a handsome image of her taking pride of place as flowers were placed underneath.

Says Sanjay Ramaswami, "I have been married to Srilatha ( Sridevi's sister) for 28 years and never once have we heard of this individual Venugopal Reddy".

'Following the completion of post-mortem analysis, @DubaiPoliceHQ today stated that the death of Indian actress Sridevi occurred due to drowning in her hotel apartment's bathtub following loss of consciousness, ' tweeted the official Twitter feed of the government of Dubai's media office. The family is in grief and chooses to not make any comments through this painful time. This is a clear indication of the fact apart from being an actress, Sridevi's existence meant so much to each one of them and she had a special place in their lives. Some even claim that she was killed by Boney Kapoor to get the insurance money and this is one of the reasons behind the delay for bringing her mortal remains back to the country. There was also suggestion that post the actress' demise, her Chennai bungalow and other property which was in the name of her parents will now go to Srilatha and her husband. I've lost a dear friend and the industry has lost a true legend.

We hope that things get better with between these two families. In February, Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth and his wife Latha Rajinikanth had also visited Anil Kapoor's residence in Mumbai to be Sridevi's family after her death.
