Sonam and Dulquers "Zoya Factor" to release in April next year

The adaptation of the hugely popular novel called "The ZOYA FACTOR" by Anuja Chauhan, ZOYA FACTOR will see Sonam Kapoor essaying the title role of Zoya while Salman Dulquer - the heartthrob of the Malayalam industry known for his successful films like O KAADHAL KANMANI, BANGLORE DAYS, and KAMMATIPAADAM will essay the role of Nikhil.

The first look poster of Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan starrer Zoya Factor has been unveiled by the makers on Tuesday.

The shooting of the film will start in August and is bankrolled by Fox Star Studios. The book has many layers, characters and tracks.

The Zoya Factor is slated to release on April 5, 2019.

The film is about an advertising professional by the name Zoya who suddenly gains new importance as she is considered a lucky mascot by the Indian Cricket team. He added that the additional dialogues are being written by Anuja herself. "I'm excited that Pooja and Aarti are making this film with me and Abhishek, who is brilliant with actors".

Undoubtedly, we can say the year is going to be the best in the career for actor Dulquer Salmaan. He made his debut with Ronnie Screwala's Karwan, which is yet to release.

As per the book, Dulquer's character hails from the north, in the film, he will be from the south.

Sonam Kapoor also shares excitement for The Zoya Factor, saying, "It's always nice to play vibrant, empowered women. Directed by #AbhishekSharma, co-starring @dulQuer @foxstarhindi #AdlabsFilms". She tweeted, "Super happy to be a part of this unique story #ZoyaFactor an adaptation of Anuja Chauhan's bestseller. The story is now set in 2011 before India lifted its second World Cup and we have shifted base from Delhi to Mumbai", he says with a smile. He was quoted as saying by the tabloid, "I knew immediately that this was the boy we were looking for". She soon enough falls in love with the team's captain and skipper Nikhil Khoda, played by Dulquer Salman, who does not believe in luck even a bit.
