In a video that has gone viral on social media, Tendulkar can be seen playing cricket with some youngsters and also got some selfies clicked with the enthusiasts on the streets. The right-hander, who demolished the greatest bowling attacks of the world, then takes guard and showcases he is still good enough by playing a few elegant and wristy shots off his back foot.

Sachin, who is now mentoring Mumbai Indians in Indian Premier League was recently seen playing gully cricket on streets with youngsters. The video displayed the batting maestro playing some deliveries while the boys bowled with a rubber ball. While he made a few sporadic appearances thereafter, for the MCC XI in 2014 and the All-Stars Tournament two years later, fans have been missing the trademark straight drives and the glance off his bulky pads all these years.

In the video, Sachin Tendulkar gets down from a vehicle before coming up to a group of youngsters and bats on to a few deliveries. After watching Sachin bat in the video, you can not help feeling nostalgic about the good old days before the star cricketer's retirement in 2013.

The youth are shocked to see him join the game. The boys were also seen seeking blessings from the God of Cricket. He played 78 matches for Mumbai Indians and scored 2,334 runs, with one hundred and 13 half-centuries to his name.
