The organization Samsung has chose to rehabilitate himself in the eyes of users, making the device "monopoly" how gadget iPhone X. a split screen of the smartphone Samsung copies the design of the flagship products of "Apple" company.

With Chinese patent organization SIPO, Samsung has recently filed a patent application (PDF) that indicated a few different phone designs, each device has a notch above the screen. What is most interesting is that there is no fingerprint sensor visible on the front or back, which could mean that the phone does not have one, or Samsung has finally figured out how to implement an under-display fingerprint sensor. There is a small rectangular cutout with the front camera, earpiece and other sensors, above the screen of the phone. These will include a 5.8-inch iPhone X, a 6.5-inch iPhone X and a 6.1-inch iPhone. The bottom of the device features a USB Type-C port, a speaker grille and the 3.5mm headphone jack. From releasing an ad taking potshots at the notch to incorporating it in a smartphone, Samsung might just have lost the bragging rights over its fiercest rival.

Apple grew 1 per cent (YoY) even with the iPhone X being available for only two months in Q4 2017. They really, really hate the notch.

For those who aren't big fans of the notch, Samsung is also working on something else.

These reports haven't been confirmed, but it would make sense that Apple would move the iPhone X-designed phones into the main iPhone as it keeps the company on the front line in a world of phones that are all moving towards edge-to-edge displays.

While the aforementioned patent offers nothing new per se when it comes to display, there is another document that has been spotted online, which reveals a second patent filed by Samsung.
