Melania Trump Resurfaces After She Went

Melania Trump Resurfaces After She Went "Missing" For 24 Days.

Melania, 48, had not been spotted since 10 May, she joined the president in greeting three American hostages released by North Korea.

Melania Trump has been out of the public eye following five days in the hospital in mid-May for a mysterious procedure to correct a kidney condition described as benign. Last year, the first lady and her husband traveled to Puerto Rico to visit families affected by hurricanes, serving them food and visiting relief centers. Speculation about her long absence includes possible tensions in the Trump marriage or a medical issue.

First Lady Melania Trump made her first appearance in front of the cameras in nearly a month Wednesday, as her husband railed at media coverage of her long absence from public view.

In April, she represented the Trumps at former first lady Barbara Bush's funeral, rolled out her "Be Best" awareness campaign to help children, and orchestrated an elaborate state dinner for the Macrons of France.

Scarborough shot back at Trump for his comments about a possible Melania "facelift" on Wednesday, tweeting, "I agree that it would be "vicious" and "unfair" to lie about a loved one having a facelift for the objective of causing pain and embarrassment".

No major media outlets substantiated online conspiracy theories about her absence. They never reported the sighting because it would hurt the sick narrative that she was living in a different part of the world, was really ill, or whatever.

US President Donald Trump took to Twitter yesterday to say that his wife was "doing really well" following her recovery from surgery. "Fake News is really bad!"
