Bethesda announced a new The Elder Scrolls games today at its Electronic Entertainment Expo showcase.

Todd Howard of Bethesda Games revealed during the Microsoft E3 conference that Fallout 76 is a prequel set in the hills of West Virginia. 76 is multiplayer, bringing players together in a big way (and making them build and defend settlements). You can create your own character and customize him, and fight both in melee and with magic and ranged weapons. You come to your town which has been destroyed, and you need to rebuild it - and you can rebuild it how you like (and visit your friends' towns!).
