Surveillance video shows a woman who appears unconscious fall out of the passenger side of a SUV and be dragged back to the vehicle by the driver. They were driving with Marquis' sister and her one-year-old son in the back seat.

As other cars and pedestrians look on, the SUV's driver stops in the intersection, exits his auto, and walks to the figure splayed out on the road.

Detectives say they want to find the woman to ensure that she is not hurt.

Deputies had previously found the SUV after receiving calls that a woman who appeared injured had fallen out onto the road. "We have checked hospitals and have canvassed the area with negative results", spokesman Danny Alvarez said.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office said on Twitter, "According to all three adults in the SUV, the front passenger leaned against the door, which had been repaired due to previous damage, and fell out".
