Why won't the Duchess of Cornwall be at Princess Eugenie's wedding?

Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall is set to attend a harvest festival and visit a school, PEOPLE reported. With just days to go until the second royal wedding of the year, the bride-to-be was pictured out in London looking noticeably trimmer.

However, Jamie Samhan, deputy editor at Royal Central, told MarieClaire.com that Eugenie might not receive a home from her grandmother.

Princess Eugenie is set to marry Jack Brooksbank at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle on Friday (October 12), but the Duchess of Cornwall won't be in attendance.

Eugenie is passionate about fitness so it's no surprise that she has been working out ahead of her wedding to ensure that she feels her best.

Speaking to Britain's The Sun, one source close to the situation said, "When this date was proposed, she said that regrettably, she couldn't come". That is, unless you're Princess Eugenie. "Or I go with my best friend to this wonderful, women-only gym called Grace Belgravia".

But Mr Fitzwilliams argued Eugenie's wedding would still be a "significant Royal event" with a "big Royal turn out". These included some sweet childhood snaps, and a picture of the pair taken back in 2016 at Balmoral during a walk with their family dogs.

Last week Eugenie, 28, and Jack Brooksbank, 32, revealed further details about the big day, including information about the wedding service, the cake and the involvement of the armed forces. New reports say that even though the entire royal family will be there - including Eugenie's parents Prince Andrew and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson - Camilla is being forced to skip the ceremony and reception.

Following Prince William and Kate Middleton's wedding back in 2011, the Queen unveiled a very impressive wedding gift to the new royal couple.
