The royal couple wore matching black Invictus Games shirts.

The former "Suits" starlet and Prince Harry were on hand to mark Fluoro Friday, a mental health awareness event, as part of their Australian tour.

The couple will next travel to Fraser Island, off the coast of Queensland, with a visit to Lake McKenzie planned on Monday.

At the 2018 Invictus Games Opening Ceremony on Saturday evening, Harry couldn't resist making a reference to the couple's baby.

Kensington Palace said the couple had made a decision to cut back Meghan's schedule "slightly" ahead of the couple's visit to Fiji, Tonga and New Zealand.

She was due to attend a cycling event on Sunday morning for the Invictus Games - the tournament for wounded military veterans which Harry founded - but he turned up on his own.

The source added: "We have to try to pace her". Her only social media updates are now shared through palace-sanctioned Twitter, Instagram and Facebook account Kensington Royal. "She said it was very freeing that she no longer has social media", Ms Oakes told the Daily Mail.

The couple are in the middle of a 16-day tour of Australia and New Zealand.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex got plenty of parenting practice during the first week of their royal tour in Australia, mingling with dozens of young children Down Under.

The girls, aged nine, are from the Koomurri Aboriginal Dance Troupe and both said they were nervous about meeting and performing for Harry and Meghan.

"You are the new generation of service and the role models to us all and you are going to put on one hell of a show over the next week". I'd say I felt sorry for his future kid, but let's face it - it's being born into enough money to use twenties as toilet paper.

"He's been there, he's done it, he's experienced everything that we have all been through", Australian cycling competitor Jarrod Kent said.
