Unfortunately, OnePlus didn't announce the color variant at the launch event. OnePlus 6T Product Manager Louis S in the same session highlighted that receiving an IP certification increases the cost the cost of the device by $30 (roughly Rs. 2,200) that isn't of company's aim at the present stage. Hopefully, the device will appear elsewhere in the world, but if it does, it will likely keep the $579/€579 tag like the Mirror Black and Midnight Black 8/128 GB variants. While other phones like the Galaxy Note 9 and iPhone X climb past the $1,000 mark, the OnePlus 6T stays below $600, even for the upgraded model, and boasts a Snapdragon 845 chipset and up to 8GB of RAM.

What if I already have an older OnePlus device?

"You will use OnePlus" proprietary fast charging method in order to replenish that battery, though that method is no longer called "Dash Charge", as OnePlus got sued a while back because they used that name. Chief among which being a reworked front-facing camera and an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Well, it seems that all the rumors and leaks were more or less spot on when it comes to the existence of the device. The overall experience of the OnePlus 6T is nearly unchanged, save for a few minor improvements like the smaller notch, larger battery, and in-display fingerprint sensor. It is a bit narrower, a bit thicker, and a bit taller than the OnePlus 6, in case you're wondering.

When the OnePlus 6T launched last week, it was introduced in two different black variants and no other colors. In China, OnePlus released a new color for the OnePlus 6T this week, Thunder Purple, and we're officially jealous.
