While there's still a noticeable lack of smartphone manufacturers working with Wear OS, Fossil is still churning out Wear OS watches left and right.

Fossil has unveiled its new Fossil Sport smartwatch, becoming the second company to feature Qualcomm's battery-extending Snapdragon Wear 3100 technology. Fossil's own sub-brands are even guilty of this. The newly redesigned Google Fit app will be a great companion to the Fossil Sport along with the snappy Snapdragon 3100. It's also running the revamped Wear OS that just started rolling out in September. It features integrated heart rate, NFC, and Global Positioning System capabilities.

Finally, you'll be looking at a 1.2-inch AMOLED display with a 390 x 390 resolution. A few flavors are only available for pre-order as of this writing, but every variant carries the same price of $255, regardless of color and size.

In reality, your strap choices obviously aren't endless, but there are 28 different ones to choose from, as Fossil says that the Sport is compatible with all 18mm watch straps.

The Fossil Watch becomes officially available on Fossils website starting today, November 8 and will b e available in select Fossil retail stores around the globe on November 12. The Fossil Sport can be acquired in 41-millimeter or 43-millimeter sizes.
