Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Out of Hospital after Fall 9 November 2018

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is reportedly recovering quickly from the fractured rib injury she sustained from a fall in her office, Reuters reported.

On the morning of Friday, Nov. 9, the justice was released from the hospital, where she was admitted on Thursday, Nov. 8.

"I wouldn't say she's exactly on my side, but I wish her well I hope she gets better and I hope she serves on the Supreme Court for many years", Trump added.

Ginsburg, 85, injured herself Wednesday in her office at the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C., and was taken to George Washington University Hospital for observation and treatment the next morning.

Ginsburg is 85 years old, so obviously we're going to be anxious about her. "She is also a cancer survivor and returned to work less than three weeks after having surgery".

The Supreme Court's next session is scheduled for November 26.

The next sitting of the Supreme Court isn't until November 26th, so once again, she's not likely to miss a day of work.

It was the latest health scare for the oldest member of the Court, who previously battled two forms of cancer and suffered two broken ribs in 2012.

She already has hired clerks for the term that extends into 2020, indicating she has no plans to retire.
