Ubisoft teases new post-apocalyptic Far Cry

There's going to be a lot of fallout from this teaser

There's going to be a lot of fallout from this teaser

Naturally, we watch it every year.

Oh, and it also completely spoils the ending of Far Cry 5, so don't watch this if you haven't finished that one yet. You can check out the new teaser trailer for the next Far Cry, below.

This year, rumors suggest we may see the trailer for a new Avengers game, in addition to sneak peeks at a few other highly-anticipated titles.

Far Cry 5's post-game DLC mostly involved side stories that had nothing to do with the main Seed cult storyline, but that may change soon.

Will it be a full-blown game, though?

At the end of Far Cry 5 if you got the main, I suppose now canonical ending, a great big nuclear bomb erupts, killing numerous people in Hope County. It's likely it won't be a follow-up to 2018's "Far Cry 5", seeing as it's only been out in the wild for months, but it could potentially be a spin-off of the core game or set in the same rural area of Montana. In the meantime: did you play Far Cry 5? My money's on something similar to Far Cry Primal - a full-scale game, featuring a new setting, that largely reuses the basic map/geography of a previous game.

It definitely looks to be an interesting twist on the series, and we are looking forward to finding out more tomorrow night.
