Royal household split Prince Harry and Meghan go it alone

"She's got celebrity friends, her instincts would be perhaps to take the baby to NY and show it off to friends, maybe push against what the royals and the firm and those around her might advise and expect".

As confirmed by the palace, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have split household from Kate Middleton and Prince William. "The Household, which will be created with the support of The Queen and The Prince of Wales, will be established in the spring", a statement from Buckingham Palace read, per Town And Country magazine Thursday.

Royal commentator Omid Scobie shared Kensington Palace's official announcement, which stated that the royal couples would be splitting up their staffs and bringing in new individuals to their respective private offices and households.

Harry and Meghan, known officially as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, have shared staff with William and Kate since their marriage in May previous year.

Harry and Meghan's new office will include a new communications staff, which will be part of the Buckingham Palace communication team and will report to The Queen's Communications Secretary, Donal McCabe.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are to have their own household to take forward their growing roles as senior members of the royal family.

Kensington Palace tells Yahoo UK that Meghan, 37, has no more public duties scheduled, but she does have a number of private meetings.

What also remains top secret is just how long Meghan will remain on maternity leave. "That is not to say we're not going to see William, Kate, Meghan and Harry doing engagements together".

The Sussex Family's divorce from Kensington Palace means that the couple can focus on their own ventures. Markle and Prince Harry's decision to begin forging their own path, both with their forthcoming move to Frogmore Cottage and their offices, has gained support from Prince Charles.

However, it looks like things are about to change at the palace, as it's been announced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will have their own household and have appointed Hillary Clinton's former campaign advisor to head up their communications team.
