Giannis Antetokounmpo racked up 24 points, 17 rebounds and four assists in only 23 minutes as the top-seeded Milwaukee Bucks overwhelmed the visiting Detroit Pistons 121-86 in their Eastern Conference playoff opener on Sunday.

Pistons center Andre Drummond was ejected with 4:07 remaining in the third quarter for shoving Antetokounmpo to the floor. He blew a kiss to the Fiserv Forum crowd as he was escorted off the court.

Luke Kennard paced the Pistons with 21 points off the bench and Drummond had 12 points and 12 rebounds.

Antetokounmpo struggled at the foul line, making only 5 of 12 attempts, but was 9 for 17 from the field and 1 of 5 from 3-point range. Detroit played without forward Blake Griffin, who sat out with a left knee injury. Casey has yet to announce the starting lineup for the opening game of the series.

Enes Kanter added 20 points and a career playoff-high 18 rebounds for the Blazers, who were making their sixth straight postseason appearance. George Hill scored 16 points off the bench.
