Sophie Turner is getting candid about mental health issues.

During breaks from filming Game of Thrones, Sophie spent all of her time with co-star Maisie Williams, 22, but the actress admitted at some points their co-dependent relationship was 'destructive'.

Sophie Turner, who has been playing the role of Sansa Stark in one of the most popular period drama series Game Of Thrones, will be reprising the role once again as the eighth season premiered a day ago.

Turner said that she's learning to avoid reading social media comments.

"I had no motivation to do anything or go out", she said of her depression. "Even with my best friends, I wouldn't want to see them", she said. I would cry and cry and cry.

Touching on her insecurities, she started to believe it all: "I would just say yeah, I am spotty, I am fat, I am a bad actress and I just believed it". "At the moment I have a real urge to go to a police academy and become a cop. I have nothing that I want to do'". Sophie was a normal Brit teenager when she first appeared on the show in 2011.

After years of sibling clashes, Sansa and her younger sister Arya finally settled their differences at the end of seven season, realising that the Stark clan must be united if they are to survive.

Speaking to United States talk show host Dr Phil on his podcast, Turner said: "It's weird".

During her appearance on Dr. Phil's podcast, Phil in the Blanks, the actress explained how the negative comments have affected her. "We love including our loved ones, our family, in everything we do... our house is for everyone, our doors are always open", he said.

It's all marital bliss for global icon Priyanka Chopra and American singer Nick Jonas since the two tied the knot in December. "I'm on medication and I love myself now, or more than I used to, I think", she shared. "So, I'm still on that".

Sophie adds, "I just would cry and cry and cry over just getting changed and putting on clothes and be like, 'I can't do this. That's something that really interests me". "It's a great feeling". "It's kind of a dream where, as close as we are as brothers, that our wives and fiance are so connected as well", he added.

Talking of this strong bond, Nick Jonas told Entertainment Tonight that the girls make for their biggest support system.
