Trump gets harpooned for ‘Prince of Whales’ spelling error

US President Donald Trump has caused a splash on Twitter after he tweeted to say he had met the "Prince of Whales". "We talked about 'Everything!'" he wrote. How ridiculous! I would never be trusted again.

"With that being said, my full answer is rarely played out by the Fake News Media". "They purposely leave out the part that matters".

Before you could freak out at his logic, he confused the large sea mammals known as whales with Wales, the country in the Great Britain, and it was hilarious. No but really whales?

Mr Trump made the mistake, intending to refer to Prince of Wales, Prince Charles, in response to articles following an ABC news interview.

Charles met Trump last week for tea in London as part of the USA president's state visit to Britain.

Frankly, I'd much rather meet with the Prince of Whales than the Prince of Wales.

Following worldwide mockery on social media the U.S. president has since deleted the post.

Though Trump quickly deleted the tweet, the internet responded even faster with a flurry of memes and *extremely good* jokes. President Trump's three-day state visit will include lunch with the Queen, and a State Banquet at Buckingham Palace, as well as business meetings with the Prime Minister and the Duke of York, before travelling to Portsmouth to mark the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings.

The 45th US President visited Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey during his first official visit, however did not get the privilege of addressing parliament.

The US president has often been pulled up for his language and grammar on Twitter.

Mr Trump added that he found it very interesting spending "so many hours" in the presence of her Majesty.

"I believe there's a change in weather, and I think it changes both ways".
