Having teased the rework back in the spring, the country-trap track's latest overhaul features the addition of Young Thug and Mason Ramsey, with the latter also known as the "The Walmart Yodeling Boy" for his popular YouTube videos.

Now Mason Ramsey is playing in the big leagues with his feature on the latest remix of Lil Nas X's global hit with Young Thug.

Young Thug made the hip hop to be stronger than ever.

"If you ain't got no giddie up then giddie out my way" - Mason Ramsey, 2019. Mason Ramsey's meme-ability prevails alongside Lil Nas X's. "To me, my most defining moment in the country was being joined by George Jones and Loretta Lynn on my self-penned 'Country Music Has the Blues, '" said Cyrus. The experimental project was generally well received by fans but didn't take off like many thought it would. That distinction would go to Nelly and Tim McGraw's 2004 collaboration "over and over".

Lil Nas X released his debut EP, 7, via Columbia Records in June. The song was the second single from Nelly's album Suit and peaked at #3 on the Billboard charts.

Following the template that turned the Old Town Remix into such a hit, Lil Nas X immediately started retweeting memes that people created in response to the remix.

Billy Ray Cyrus became a household name over the course of his unprecedented career, which spans across music, television, and theater.

The rapper, who recently came out as gay, has exploded onto the scene to become an overnight star, with his track "Old Town Road" now spending its 14th week at the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100.
