Prince Harry adds: "We feel stressed, low, anxious or have trouble sleeping".

The campaign has been 18 months in the making and the film was directed by Love Actually filmmaker Richard Curtis and British photographer Rankin. Every Mind Matters is backed by a coalition of mental health charities and champions, including Mind, Mental Health Foundation, MHFA England, Samaritans, Heads Together, Centre for Mental Health, Rethink, Time to Change, NSUN, What Works Centre for Wellbeing and Good Thinking.

His wife Meghan continues: "But now, there's a new way to help turn things around".

Kate adds: "It'll get you started with a free online plan created to help you deal with stress, boost your mood, improve your sleep and feel more in control". "Every Mind Matters will show you simple ways to look after your mental health". The initiative is backed by the United Kingdom government and a coalition of mental health charities including Heads Together, the mental health initiative started by William, Kate and Harry in 2016, before Harry and Meghan Wednesday.

Though they don't appear in the video - which instead features the faces of celebrities and members of the public - all four royals lend their voices to the Every Mind Matters campaign, which provides simple tools and resources to help people look after their mental health and well-being. Markle and Harry announced in March they would establish a royal household separate from Middleton and William.

It is no surprise, though, that mental health is the cause that brought William and Kate, the parents of three, and Harry and Meghan, new parents to baby Archie, back together.

A pal later revealed the context of Meghan's letter, which was written after her May 2018 nuptials to Prince Harry.

William and Harry have spoken very candidly since then about the loss of their mother, Princess Diana, in 1997 and how it has affected their mental health in the years since. I love you. I have one father.

"It draws together the importance of treating our mental health on an equal basis to our physical health, and treating it both as an asset that each individual needs to invest in, supported by the NHS and by the government, as opposed to just something that just needs to be fixed when it goes wrong".
